Roger Gillman - Chairman
Anne brings to the team many years’
experience as an educational publisher and
governor of two schools in the UK. Her advice
on government relations, educational policy
and teaching styles has proved invaluable for
the development of education in the village.

Tom puts a fantastic amount of energy into
development projects in the village. His
enthusiasm is infectious, and he has never let
his lack of arms stop him from doing anything!

Tom Yendell - Development
Chris manages the finances of the charity in the
UK and the college in Ghana, Skyping with the
Principal every week. He also applies his
engineering expertise in support of building and
infrastructure projects in the college, including
construction of new buildings, management of
water and electricity.

Jayne has supported the charity since its earliest
days, and has visited the village several times.
Jayne Pratt
Sabrina recently spent six weeks in Mankoadze,
where her unbelievable energy and enthusiasm
achieved miracles, decorating and revitalising the
village schools.

TEABAG Trustees
The TEABAG Trustees are all unpaid volunteers,
who give their time freely to the charity. They
typically travel to Ghana several times a year, to
ensure that everything is happening as it should.
The Trustees pay personally for their travel to
Ghana, including airfares and where necessary
accommodation.

Patrick Sullivan
As Head Teacher of Eggar’s Secondary school, a
State Academy in Hampshire, Patrick has really
enjoyed working with TEABAG over the last 4
years. The partnership between Eggar’s and
TEABAG offers amazing opportunities for young
people in both Mankoadz and Alton to experience
different cultures. His ambition is that this
partnership lasts many, many years
